If your intention was to write my translation of your communication then my answer is as follows. " I believe my original post was understandable by people with a good working knowledge of English, and I also believe both myself and most people including lawyers would be unable to reduce or simplify my original post significantly without weakening my case".
I have written a version of my original post in simpler English so that Thai (officials)nationals who use English as a second language can understand the history of my dealings with Qatar wrt the cancellation of my Nov 11th flight it reads as follows.
Me and my wife have purchased a condo and are living in Thailasnd. We were booked to fly from Ireland to Thailand on Nov 11 2021 but we had to cancel the flight because my wife's thailand pass arrived late. Qatar airways have agreed to refund the price of the tickets we had to cancel, but after six months there still has been no refund
Maybe the way you try to educate people that are trying to help you is part of the problem in getting a refund. I still don't understand what exactly you've done when. As a role model for the English language, one could assume you would be able to phrase sentencen in a commonly understandable way.
