I've got 5 stays to Excalibur that didn't automatically post to my Hyatt account. Waited 30 days to reach out to MGM, took 2 weeks to get a response from MGM. They say they are submitted now and I have to wait another 30 days. They are really really really really slow if the stay don't automatically post.
