The only airside connection between T2/T3 and TBIT is a shuttle bus. If you wanted to clear security in a different terminal, T4 would be the obvious choice.
Am I missing something? I'm going to LAX soon and while I have CL access via Amex Plat, I don't have SC access because I'm not flying DL this time, so the "If you have CL access, you have SC access" statement caught my eye because that's not entirely true as I understand it.
