You can pull up your eticket on the saudia website and if they've done the refund you'll see the coupon status has changed to "Refund". If that's the case then it's just a matter of having your bank credit the refund.
Unfortunately the fact that a specific e-ticket has a status of refund does not mean that the financial transaction has been approved, and money has been sent. The status of refund on an e-ticket definitely shows intent at a ticketing level for a refund to be made, but there are several layers of admin and approval that could be standing in the way of the payment actually being made.
