She said there was no availability for standard suite although I saw plenty on the app. She also mentioned that she could also give me discount for upgrading to Strip view suite with additional $100/night. I took it.

Overall, I don't think Diamond member can get a lot of benefits here. You would also need to ask during check-in to ensure your $50 credit/day is granted. Late check-out was not given to me.
