I went through DUB T1 fast track last Saturday 21st May at around 6:30am and I would estimate it took about 15 minutes: there were about 20 people ahead of me in the queue for the scanners when I got to the entrance, but they moved pretty quickly. The longer wait was that quite a lot of bags were being pulled for secondary inspection but only one person was doing the inspecting, so they got backed up. My bag was pulled for a random swab, so it was a bit of a wait, but overall much quicker than the long line for normal security. If I hadn't needed to wait for the swab then it would have taken less than 10 mins.
