We flew in business class on Asiana from Tokyo to Seoul a few months ago. We were not too impressed - only Korean food served! (much of it uncooked) - no Western food. From Seoul to Vancouver, we went on Singapore, and from Hong Kong to Tokyo we went on ANA - in the latter cases, there was a couple of Western meal options, as well as a couple of Asian meal options, available.
