I was shocked to learn that my Your24 request for 11pm check in to 9pm check out was actually GRANTED during peak season in YYT (Delta St. John's end of July). Our flight out to YYZ isn't until 10pm, so it will be a nice benefit. Ambassador desk responded to my request within a few hours then had the answer in about 2 days.
