Years ago I purchased an upgrade for a domestic VN flight via Optiontown, they sent an email with the offer the day before the flight. According to https://www.vietnamairlines.com/vn/e...vna-optiontown though they discontinued the partnership a month ago. Isn’t clear whether they have a replacement method in place.
