Cannot update passport details in BA API

I’ve recently got a new passport and I’m trying to update my API in my BA profile. I have been getting the same error for the last three months -

“You are already logged in with a different account. You will need to log out and log in again to access a different scheme”.

I don’t have multiple accounts or schemes (whatever that is).

Can anyone help please?
