Yup, I just read the small print at the bottom of the card. That is who they are issued and serviced by. Do I have any options besides just spending them? I don't think I can use GCs to buy GCs.
You can use them to buy a MO at the S&S in East Providence. They are pretty good there if not doing multiple swipes.
