We appear to be in the same situation as you apart we have received no part of the refund due. We requested vouchers be refunded to Amex in August 2021 after getting vouchers from flights which were cancelled at start of the pandemic.
For the last 9 months we have been completely stuck between Qatar saying the refund is complete and AMEX saying they don't have the money. We are really getting to the point where legal action might be required as no one is doing anything to try to locate the refund. Can't believe how difficult it is to sort out and get back money which is legally ours.
