Cool that they built this.

While visiting last year, they said pricing would be in-line with other villas, factoring square footage and all. Sounded like 7500-10K. I had been under the impression that it was completed, since bookings have been available for several months, albeit at a price point of 11K/NT.

Noticed though an instagram post from last month specifying it was incomplete.

Now that pictures are out and it seems the villa is complete, I've noticed pricing has doubled to over 20K. Completely not worth it when one considers that the JJAE at the St Regis is 20-25K/nt, or that the Muraka... a suite with a room underwater, frequently sells for 11K.
