Mobile app / Website inconsistencies
I booked a flight the other day and under manage my booking I appear as Silver and it wants to charge me for seats on the return (but not on the outbound). The dashboard correctly shows me as Gold.
The Upgrade option is there under my dashboard on the website, but not the mobile app.
The website, if viewed on a "normal" 13" laptop screen - when I click on the icon with my picture, I can never reach the bottom options, such as "dashboard". I have to decrease the font size to have that visible, then click on Dashboard and then revert the zoom level. This is fine when I use a big monitor.
My booking only has one pax (me). When I click on the upgrade option for that PNR, first it asks me to select the trip (which should be unnecessary), then it always takes me to the select passenger (also unnecessary if there is only 1), and then it goes to the next (relevant) page. This navigation takes a looooooooong time.
These are just a few examples; it's painful to interact with these tools.
QR is really scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the customer facing website and mobile app.
