Huh. My only guess is:
We're including flights to LaGuardia, Newark Liberty Int. in the search results for your trip to New York because we don't offer direct service to John F. Kennedy Int. (JFK). Please take note of the airport you select.
If you search cowtool for LHR-NYC, it also doesn't show LHR-GVA-JFK. It seems like AC is ignoring the "JFK" and replacing it with "NYC" when you use their site, which then suppresses the actual result you care about.
So I don't have a solution for you, other than "call to book".

On another matter, while I haven't had much time lately to continue working on alerts, a few just triggered for me.
One Latitude SFO-YYZ round-trip that I paid 21,700 plus a priority reward was able to be rebooked for 21,300, and another that dropped from 22,600 to 22,250.
