I've used the RailAir bus to/from Guildford a few times when it suits. It's great - drivers are always friendly and helpful with bags, it drops you right at the door at T5 and it's well-priced too (especially with a Railcard).

I also enjoy the irony of its leather seats being larger and more comfortable that the CE seat that awaits me at LHR!
