I guess this is a general Hyatt question as well, but specifically to this property.
I have a reservation booked for myself but I have been contemplating on gifting it to another family (in laws) member as an anniversary gift. Is there any practical way to do this so that I don't have to be the one checking in? Changing the name on the reservation? Curious if anyone has any similar experiences for Ventana. Thanks!
