Cannot claim Delta refund online due to 'wrong date' on form - any ideas?
Hi all,
Trying to claim refund for baggage checked last week (3 bags $100) for a flight cancelled after checking in. I keep filling the form in on different PCs and different browsers and keep getting the message shown on the form - it will not recognise the date (or any other date for that matter) past or present. I've tried hitting 'reset' and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this bug or is it easier to initiate a chargeback
