Unfortunately, since Eurowings is not in Star Alliance they do not recognize Star Alliance status. You'd have to have status on Lufthansa Group or be traveling in Business.

Though I did find this article (granted from 2017) about how ANA *G status is an exception so you may be in luck! https://liveandletsfly.com/star-alli...ess-eurowings/
