Thanks for the answers guys - I agree and guess I just wanted to rant a bit. Definitely don't want to relive the experience by typing it up in a form going nowhere.

Just as a general question, are TP staff known for being this bad? I've also heard there's a difference between TP short-haul vs long-haul flights with the former being much worse, but I guess it's a luck of the draw.
