This is sort of fixed now. Whenever I get a Redhill flight movement, I replace that with LGW. If BA ever genuinely land at Redhill there is a secondary data feed that will correct this about a week later. So not the most ideal for immediate tracking, but should at least ensure accurate historic data.
2&3 are a little more tricky - will report back when fixed.
