I flew ORD-HEL a few days ago. OLCI had the seat map of the old configuration but when I got on the plane it was the new one. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the seat. The privacy, comfort and spaciousness far exceeded my expectations. The wireless charging was my favourite new addition. I flew to AMS yesterday in the old configuration and was actually really missing the new seats.
I flew 2 days ago ORD-HEL with brand new seats and I missed a seat where you push the button and you are up and sitting again.
I wonder how older and reduced people come up from lying position with this new seat.
And that extra mattress is a joke. Everytime you move, it comes along so finally it's on the floor.
