I guess I will see in 10 days or so, but I completely don't follow what you are saying.
It seems that you are suggesting that there are no more aisles, so renters must go to a desk to be assigned a car and to get their keys, but the premium SUVs are all going to be sitting out in the garage with their keys in them, waiting for me to pick one and drive away? In your scenario will there be a closed gate for me to check out my car....next to an open gate for everyone else? That doesn't make any sense.
Also, I just now started a dummy reservation for the date that I am picking up, and it very clearly shows Executive Aisle as an option. I have to assume that if they have Executive, they are going to have Emerald...
