The floor map below is from the back of a room door on a middle level floor. I've added labels 1 and 2 to identify the two smallest rooms shown. These two rooms actually share an outer door (not shown in the pic), so one enters through an unlocked outer door to immediately reach the locked room doors. Rooms 1 and 2 were created by a remodel that split a suite into two rooms. Room 1 is now called a standard room and 2 is a junior suite. As for view, city view is to the south, facing the street and downtown, while park view is to the north, facing the back and Central Park. In the map, 1 and 2 are on the city side. Given the number of full suites in this place, I would hope that a Diamond booking a junior suite would have a good shot at a full suite upgrade.

Thanks for the info. I was clicking through a couple of the floor plans on the app and found a floor with said rooms, showing the little vestibule.
You’re right regarding how many other suites there are in the property lol. You’re right, I think an upgrade is likely with the rest of the rooms being suites. Just wouldn’t really want to get a one bedroom on a lower floor/no view as it seems the junior suite is sorta similar to the 1bd regardless?
