"Have you read this thread over since last year? US Bank Visa GC have SERIOUS problems with being compromised BEFORE purchase. That bank is so STUPID since ALL the card numbers are same except for last 4 digits. Scammers use algorithms to determine last 4 digits BEFORE purchase n then either clone card or use online as soon as vgc purchased and loaded.

Help yourself to avoid more agita and stop buying them! Vanillas issued by Sutton Bank at CVS rarely have any problems…..even when using few days after purchase in my experience since last year. Vanillas by Sutton work at Walmart without swipe limit on amounts.

Yes, I have read it, and faced all these problems myself, but still took the risks, as at least I always got replacement cards, after any fraud happened. This is the first time, the cardholder service is not agreeing to replace 2 of my cards, so I'm going to be out of 1k. Should I file a dispute with the CC company?

I'm in Seattle WA, there's no CVS. But I'll look for this Sutton card in other merchant stores. Thanks for the tip.
