U.S. Customer Receiving Payment from Airline: Bank Details
I have a baggage delay claim from Royal Air Maroc and among other things they requested the "·Details of your bank account" to make payment.
I know this is common in the E.U., but it's really not a common thing in the U.S. to provide details to receive payment (airlines here still typically send a check.)
So, what exactly do they need? I assume it's more than routing number and account number. Is it wire transfer information including SWIFT code?
