This is like the olden / golden days of corporate travel agents who thrived by suppressing information -- insisting, over the phone, that to reach city X by a particular date/time you had no choice but to depart on United XXX or American YYY at 830am Sunday morning, and there were definitely no alternatives. Much spiff money was lost when the internet let us finally scan the alternatives for ourselves.
