Well first of all 2D is a pretty good terminal following the revamp. Upon disembarking we were all funnelled through past baggage reclaim to the exit, going through passport control on the way.
For any other flight the procedure would have been simple, quick turn right and having boarding pass checked then onwards.
However, flying to TLV I had to go through a separate security at a chaotic EasyJet check in.
This enabled a sticker to be put on my boarding pass.
Once through then I had to clear passport control to then leave the Schengen area and board my flight to TLV.
I had no time to sample the delights of the Terminals the security queues for the flight took two hours.
Thank you all for your help.....I now have a FR stamp in my passport for my 2 hour 30 mins sojourn!
