Want to report that CX is not allowing oneworld Sapphire member (with flight originating from HKG) to use The Wing First - sapphire member can only access the Pier Business. This seems to be contrary to the policy on CX/oneworld website but that's what the lounge agents at the Wing was enforcing. Wrote to CX customer service email and received the same answer today.
