Recent reviews for this hotel are quite entertaining. Trip Advisor, Google, etc. Go check them out. Simple glance at Trip Advisor shows a 4/5 rating which is pretty typical for an above average hotel but recent reviews are overwhelmingly negative.

I think they did the original poster a favor not giving him a room.

And seeing stuff like this reminds me now with Hilton we need to check RECENT reviews before we book a property. It didn't used to be like that...3 years ago... I used to look at Trip Advisor and if I saw a 4/5 I just booked the place and didn't check any reviews when it came to Hilton.
