Hello! I'm flying LAS-SFO-PPT and PPT-SFO. I'm W/L LAS-SFO for F and the SFO-PPT leg shows an upgrade confirmed in Polaris (PZ) but no seat assignment. I was also upgraded on the PPT-SFO leg and was assigned (then I changed) seats. I am unable to choose seats on the SFO-PPT leg. I have used the chat function on the website and spent over an hour on that to no avail. I've been trying over a week now to get a seat assignment. I'd really like to be able to choose since I'm flying with my wife and we'd like to be together. Any ideas what I can try? Thanks!
