I find the website itinerary information to be excessively low-density. If you want someone to know when you arrive, all you need to do is copy the relevant information as such (completely made up example with all information ficticious):

2022-05-31
10:00-11:00 AM SYR-EWR UA435
1:00-4:45 PM EWR-MIA UA87

That's all the information that it takes United's current format a full page to convey. It took me 10 seconds to type (but then, I didn't have look and rekey). If you want to make something even more user friendly (read: verbose), make it like:

31 May 2022
Depart Syracuse 10:00 AM
Arrive Newark 11:00 AM
United Flight 435

Depart Newark 1:00 PM
Arrive Miami 4:45 PM
United Flight 87

Took maybe 45 seconds of typing, because I had to check the numbers to make sure they were consistent.

In other words -- just sent an email, re-keying the critical information.
