The 200 has a smaller space under the seat in front of you compared to other planes, that being said they have sky check which often provides a bit better treatment for the items. As others have said you can’t fit as much under the exit row as it can’t block the exit (so another preferred seat, at least on the 220 might be your best bet for that leg)!
