Those will generally support 1-2 connections assuming they're video conferencing. They're nice toys to have (there is a thread for these types of devices in here). But as you mentioned, they do require a separate SIM card and LTE connectivity. Some providers also do not permit these devices onto their network for a variety of reasons.
