I get trip reminders too. But I can't email the reservation in "Your trip" (where it says email your trip).

I thought it might be because my wife and I shared an email address but I've changed mine to my work account. But I don't want to check my work email when I'm on vacation.

Spent hours with technical support, who opened a ticket a month ago, never got back, and told me to open up another email account just for AA.

I get notifications to check in, which seems to come a similar address as when you send "email your trip" (no_reply@ info.email.aa.com) but not from [email protected]. Is that still where the trip confirmations come from? It's been over 6 months of this headache.

Any ideas? (It's not in my spam folder or blocked sender lists).
