Recently took our first flight on ITA. We had availed of the status match offer so our Volare Executive Elite Plus got us exit row seats with no additional charge. There is no lounge in CTA so that was not a factor. All in all, I'd say: fair to average. What made me chuckle, though, was that the cabin crew are all still wearing Alitalia uniforms!
