I just completed a 5 night award stay and paid 160k points. This was incredible value especially when you consider what was provided….

Titanium status recognized and was provided with an upgrade to executive suite, complimentary buffet breakfast each morning and x5 vouchers for 2 cocktails at the bar.

Hotel is beautiful. The lobby atrium is stunning! Suite was very large with a library/office, walk-in closet, 3 tvs, separate bedroom and living area with balcony. Room had bouquet of fresh cut flowers, fruits platter and box of chocolates.

The hotel grounds are very well kept. Lovely palm trees line the entire pool and path areas. There’s some work being done on the beach but that didn’t impact access.

I only ate at the main restaurant for breakfast & dinner and the food quality was very good and so was selection. Cakes at dinner were not completely defrosted and or were very dry. Service during breakfast was better. The restaurant has a serious fly problem worse at night. Staff were literally setting off smoke bombs and were walking around with zapper rackets. Needless to say this didn’t leave a very appetizing impression. Dinner cost 25 OMR = 65USD which honestly isn’t worth it.

The hotel wasn’t very busy and all staff were wearing masks can’t say the same for some of the guests even though the local authorities require masks to be worn indoors.

Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay as the hotel treated this Titanium member extremely well.
