What are the chances of the Air Services Agreement being amended? I'm not particularly familiar with this area of law, but my assumption is that the limit largely exists to protect SA, but given that SA doesn't seem likely to operate longhaul flights for the foreseeable future, I would think that ZA's government would be open to allowing more flights on US carriers.
