The problem with AA calendar is that it is misleading. I have been looking at both AA and Delta award calendars all day yesterday. I can see great redemption rates on AA. Clicking through and find the same availability is a different story. May be it's the city pair I was looking at. Delta website has been a dream compared to AA. The calendar is an accurate summary of the availability. AA is a complete nightmare. That was just my experience yesterday.
