It sounds stressful but to be honest, the next few weeks and as we go into the summer peak, Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester are likely to be like this or even worse. There is pent up demand for overseas travel so anyone travelling just needs to go prepared for queues and queues. People have thousands of Avios and other frequent miles to burn too! The BA lounges recently have been horrendously busy and last weekend a group of children saw the lounge as a playground. Lounges are rarely an escape from the crowds at the moment but just go prepared!
