I paid less for my First tickets to Austin via JFK than I ever have for Club World and I received exceptional service. There was no discernible difference between myself and others in the cabin who no doubt paid a lot more.
I don’t think they could treat you differently even if they did know what you paid. Who’s to say a business traveller who’s company has paid over the odds should be treated better than a leisure traveller who may have saved hard and booked far in advance?
