PQP update for copay fees
I am sure there is a thread but I cannot find it, so MOD please move my question to the right place.

I paid a copay with miles for Polaris upgrade last week. The PQP (and PQF) for the actual flights are showing but the upgrade fee is not reflected and i had read it qualified for PQP. What are other people's experiences for when PQP will be reflected?
