So this is disappointing now. As I reported in another post. If you book a room category that was supposed to be your upgrade Category room then you get no upgrade at all. That is wrong! This is what happened to us at the IC in Singapore. So why the heck do I need to be a member, there is no more arrival gift either. Why then do I even bother with IHG.
