If you dispute the whole charge while you are aware that you are not entitled too a refund if the whole charge then your chargeback is fraudulent. Your are given the option to dispute the whole charge or only part of it; you are intentionally picking the wrong one.

This seems like a particilarly bad idea. If the lender somehow messes up and allows you fraudulent claim, your are opening yourself to to be sued for the amount you owe plus the hotel's legal fees.

Also Hyatt's terms very clearly say that they can close your account and confiscate all your points for failure to pay an outstanding hotel bill (which is what this is)
