Europe to Singapore with LH/LX and SQ: F routing suggestions

So, as previously mentioned in the LH rebooking waiver thread I'm still trying to rebook my ex-KBP flights to SIN and as the deadline is drawing closer the options to rebook to become less and less. So what better idea than to consult the infinite wisdom of flyertalk and ask for routing advice.

What was the original plan/booking?

Originally I planned to take my immediate family (3 pax) on an all out F trip to Singapore booking in the Kiev F sale back in 2020:
(KBP - LX -) ZRH - LX F - HKG (23 hours layover for citytrip) HKG - SQ A380 F - SIN (Vacation) - SQ (B77W F) - HKG - LX F - ZRH (- LX - KBP)
I don't think I need to mention how difficult it was to find availability in A for 3 pax in cabins with only 4, 6 or 8 seats. The return was at some point changed and rebooked to LH A380 F via FRA. I don't need to mention what happaned after, I think we're all quite aware. LH and SQ A380 F are very much off the table now sadly.

What now?

The ticket is still valid and can be rebooked free of charge until the end of May (which I plan to do!) Ss long as there is availability (F or A matter not) and the main legs are on LH/LX, with the connections in asia on SQ (connection times need to be less than 24 hours), everything goes. However, options are limited.

First things first: LX and LH have no flights loaded between FRA or ZRH and KBP. There still appear to be some options with OS in Oct and November, but I totally expect these legs to be cancelled and the waiver to rebook flights to/from Ukraine to be extended. But this isn't even the biggest problem.

Availability to SIN with connections in asia that offer F on the connection are very, very limited. The only other option I see would be to route via. Tokyo (entry in to which is still uncertain, however, not as bad as Hong Kong). I had the idea to do ZRH-HKG-SIN-HND-FRA-ZRH with the flights from HND to FRA on the NH flight with their new First Class suites (which would be available as a LH codeshare flight (Yay!), but on which F is not sold for reasons unbeknownst to me (Nay!)). I also would have quite liked to use a hotel booking in HKG with the 23h transit (which is on hold for years now as well), but entry in to HKG is not given, and the flight (A380 suites) that offered this layover no longer exists.

So here's a list of problems:
  • General uncertainty with the Ukraine-Russia situation
  • General uncertainty with COVID
  • General uncertainty about entry/transit in HKG
  • LH has no F flights to HKG
  • LX only has one weekly flight in October to HKG (becomes daily in NOV)
  • SQ only has one daily flight with F to HKG in OCT and only one single one beginning of NOV (layovers times are horrendous, no matter in NOV or OCT or which way I route, however I don't mind 16h+ layovers as they offer the option of a short day trip in to the city, given that entry is possible...)
  • Uncertainty about entry/transit in TYO
  • There are LX and LH flights to TYO in both OCT and NOV
  • Only one single daily flight in F to NRT with SQ
  • The only airports to offer F connecitons in asia are HKG and TYO
The options I am currently considering are:
In mid Oct:
FRA - LH F - HND (10h layover) NRT - SQ F - SIN / SIN - SQ F - HKG (8h layover) HKG - LX F - ZRH

In early Nov:
ZRH - LX F - HKG (14h layover) HKG - SQ F (the only one in Nov) - SIN / SIN - SQ F - NRT (22h layover) HND - LH F - FRA

In late AUG / early SEP:
FRA - LH F - HND (10h layover) NRT - SQ F - SIN / SIN - SQ F - NRT (18h layover) NRT- LX F - FRA

There is also this fun option to route from SIN to ZRH, however I very much doubt I'll be allowed to book it, but I thougt I'd inlcude it anyway for the giggles:
SIN - SQ F - NRT (23h layover) NRT - NH F - JFK (4h layover) - LX F - ZRH

Of course I could have the connection in asia booked in Business instead of First, which would open up a lot more possibilities and make some of the layover times more acceptable, I could also fly directly to SIN, but where's teh fun in that?

Why am I posting this? Where do you come in?

So I decided to consult the infinite wisdom of the flyertalk forums to ask about routing ideas and options. I am aware all of this is very likely to be cancelled and changed again, be it Covid or schedule changes, but I would hate to lose a ticket which offers such routing possibilities. Is there anything I have not paid enough attention to or that I missed? Do you have other/better routing suggestions (be creative; nothing is too crazy). Am I completely insane for still trying to rebook this ticket? (Yes, most likely) Let me know.
