The Spanish site with a Spanish VPN trick is not working for me. All I get is "no seats" or "sin asientos".

It's an American Airlines flight purchased with Iberia Avios that departs in two weeks.

I've tried calling Iberia, using the Iberia app, the Iberia website in English and Spanish (w/ VPN), and I've tried using my confirmation/ticket numbers on the AA website, but it cannot find a ticket there. Should I be calling AA?
