Well KLM just replied to me when I asked which rules apply in accordance with IATA resolution 302 and how much would I have to pay should I be charged for this bag. This is the answer :
"Since the first leg of your flight is operated by KLM, then KLM's baggage rules will be followed. My colleagues at the airport will calculate the baggage fee. You can view your total baggage allowance via My Trip."

So KLM is not able to reply how much putting a bag on hold will cost based on their own baggage rules. Based on their website, it could be 40 euros as this is a European trip, but who knows...

I wonder how much it is going to take Aviapartner in BRU to put the bag in there :-)
