Ignore the horror stories. I've flown in the Shell Flat Neo many times and it is very comfortable. Obviously it's not as private as the Sky Suite, and it's not as comfortable in the "flat" position, being at an angle. But I've slept just fine in it, and I'm a fussy sleeper.

I'm always amused at the people who react with outrage at the thought of an angled-flat J seat. But then, I remember the days when J class was all barcaloungers with 48 inches of pitch.
