I'm also a titanium member with a 5 day trip at the Sheraton Waikiki this weekend. Used my SNA but has not been improved yet. How did you get upgraded to the Ohana suite? We have the royal Hawaiian as well reserved so we have until Thursday to cancel. I'm just worried we wont get anything at the Sheraton and be stuck in a bad room.
We put in for an upgrade for the "Larger Luxury" room. A month before our check-in, real suites were added as an option for an SNA. Of course, I immediately added the suites. A week later, the suite options disappeared with a message that said no longer available.
The day before check-in we got a text message asking the names and ages of our party. I did ask if there was a suite available; we'd be interested. Nothing was promised, just noted. When we checked in, the front desk said they upgraded us to the Ohana Suite.
