I would be surprised if the price was the same, but if so then it's Kimpton all the way and it's not even close; a no brainer. The only dimension where Conrad would win (among those you listed) is the lounge because Kimpton's lounge is not operational yet. For everything else Kimpton is miles ahead of Conrad.
